HDFC Bank Ltd has declared the date and time of its earnings announcement for the first quarter of financial year 2024-25. The largest private sector bank informed this in an exchange filing on June 21, 2024.

In the exchange filing, HDFC Bank informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Saturday, July 20, 2024 to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. Companies usually post their earnings report post market hours i.e. after 3.15 pm.

“We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited (“the Bank”) will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 to inter-alia consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024,” the bank’s exchange filing read.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the bank will remain closed from June 24, 2024 to July 22, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors, etc. pursuant to the applicable SEBI regulations, it added.

In the Q4 FY 2024 declared on April 20, 2024, HDFC Bank reported an increase in standalone profit at Rs 16,512 crore. The net interest income (NII) of HDFC Bank grew to Rs 29,077 crore, an increase of 24.5%. HDFC Bank also declared a dividend of Rs 19.5 per share for FY 2024.
