DIRECTOR S SHANKAR ON COLLABORATING WITH RANVEER SINGH: 'WE PLANNED TO DO APARICHIT BUT…'

Director S Shankar, who was reportedly collaborating on a pan-India cinematic project with actor Ranveer Singh, indicated the anticipated time for fans to witness the collaboration between him and Ranveer Singh.

During an interview with Pinkvilla, Shankar was questioned about the update on the collaboration with Ranveer Singh. He stated, "Actually, we planned to do Aparichit in Hindi, but after that announcement, there are lot of movies coming and no bigger and bigger movies, and our producer wants me to do something bigger than Aparichit, so right now, it's on hold. After the release of these two films, we will decide how to take it forward."

On the work front, the ace filmmaker S Shankar is gearing up for the release of his two films, ‘Game Changer’ and ‘Indian 2' which will be released in 2024.

On the other hand, Ranveer is gearing up for the release of his upcoming Rohit Shetty’s film ‘Singham Again’. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film is scheduled to be released in Diwali 2024. Apart from this, the actor will also be seen in ‘Don 3’ alongside Kiara Advani.
