‘TRACTOR HI LENA PADEGA’: ROLLS ROYCE GHOST STUCK IN RAINWATER IN DELHI DRAWS HILARIOUS REACTIONS

Amid a flood of videos of vehicles floating in rainwater in several parts of Delhi-NCR last week, a video of a Rolls Royce Ghost stuck in a waterlogged area has triggered hilarious reactions online.

The viral clip begins with the luxury car’s indicator blinking as it fails to manoeuvre out of the waterlogged road. The camera then pans to people walking their scooters out of the flooded area.

Sharing the video, an X user wrote, “This is why I’m not buying a Rolls Royce.”

Shared on July 1, the video amassed over 6,32,000 views as it prompted hilarious reactions. An X user wrote, “I saw something even more incredible at the airport road the other day. A good old early 90s 800 towing a V8 Jag.” Another user commented, “Rolls Royce kharido, but Delhi mei nahi... (Buy a Rolls Royce but not in Delhi).”

Ab to tractor hi lena padega (Now only tractor can help),” a third Xuser reacted. “I cancelled my booking of Lamborghini Revuelto after looking at water level on roads in Delhi,” yet another user said.

On June 28, the national capital received incessant rain, following which a portion of the roof at Indira Gandhi InternationalAirport’sTerminal-1 collapsed on cars, killing a taxi driver. According to the India Meteorological Department, the Safdarjung base station recorded 228.1 mm of rain during the previous 24 hours. The weather station recorded 148.5 mm of rain between 2.30 am and 5.30 am that day.
