SHATRUGHAN SINHA SHARES PICS FROM HOSPITAL: AWAY FROM CONTROVERSY, CONFUSION

Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha shared a picture on X from the hospital. Shatrughan enjoyed the high-stakes T20 World Cup final between India and South Africa. In the pictures, he is surrounded by friends, family members, and his wife Poonam Sinha.

The veteran actor wrote a detailed note congratulating Team India on their outstanding win. He started the note with a cryptic reference to the various rumors about his health circulating online. The iconic actor was hospitalised after his daughter Sonakshi Sinha's wedding with Zaheer Iqbal on June 23.

"Away from the 'controversy & confusion' created by some of our good friends from the social media/Youtubers. The fact is enjoying with best of our family members, brothers & dear friends. Enjoying the most talked about International Cricket match between #SouthAfrica & #India (sic)," he wrote.

The actor continued, "Also great to watch the 'hero' of not only our dear #AnushkaSharma but also the hero of the nation #ViratKohli. It was a treat watching great performances of #JaspritBumrah #HardikPandya#SuryaKumarYadav and of course, everyone's favorite the one, and perhaps the only one #RohitSharma.Kudos and Cheers to our boys in blue for this magnificent win. Both stalwarts #ViratKohli and #RohitSharma taking a bold & beautiful decision at the right time of retiring from T20s on a High note and paving the way for the next generation is truly a fantastic encouragementindeed (sic)."

On July 1, the iconic actor's son Luv Sinha dismissed the rumours that Shtarughan underwent "a minor surgery." He clarified on X and wrote, "Regarding my father's health, I'd like to state that there was no surgical procedure. Please do not believe unverified news. We took my father to the hospital for his annual checkup and because he had a high fever. Thank you to everyone who has been concerned (sic)."

Meanwhile, Shatrughan Sinha had a busy campaign schedule before the wedding and won the Lok Sabha seat from the Asansol constituency in West Bengal by 59,564 votes as a Trinamool Congress MP.
