The domestic collection of 'Maharaja' is estimated to be around Rs 76 crore, while the balance has come from the overseas market as the film turned out to be Vijay Sethupathi's best in the overseas region. In Tamil Nadu, 'Maharaja' reported earning Rs 54 crore as the main backing for the film came from the home state.
