'MAHARAJA' BOX OFFICE COLLECTION DAY 13: VIJAY SETHUPATHI'S 50TH FILM INCHES AWAY FROM REACHING THE 100 CRORE MARK

However, 'Maharaja' has successfully surpassed Rs 90 crore in 13 days, and the film is inching strongly towards the Rs 100 crore mark.

In Tamil Nadu, 'Maharaja' reportedly grossed over Rs 57 crore so far, and the film's better response across locations intensified the overall numbers. 'Maharaja' is set to reach the 100 crore mark by the third weekend, and it's an easy task for the Vijay Sethupathi starrer as the film has retained more screens for the third week.

Vijay Sethupathi played a father role in 'Maharaja', which is directed by Nithilan Saminathan, and the director's brilliant writing added fuel to the film. Natty, Anurag Kashyap, Abhirami, Bharathiraja, Manikandan, and Munishkanth have delivered valid roles to grab the attention of the audience, and the film's music was taken care of by Ajneesh Loknath.
