Noted Marathi filmmaker Sameer Vidwans recently embarked on a new chapter in his personal life. Vidwans, known for directing Satyaprem Ki Katha starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, married assistant director Juilee Sonalkar in an intimate ceremony on Saturday. The wedding, a private affair attended by close family and friends, was marked by heartfelt moments and joy.

Vidwans shared the happy news on social media, posting a series of beautiful photographs from the ceremony.
The pictures captured the couple's radiant smiles. The bride and groom looked beautiful in traditional Maharashtrian outfits.
Sharing the images, they wrote in Marathi, "The auspicious moment of good luck has arrived," and added the hashtag 'We decided on forever.'

Sameer Vidwans ventured into Bollywood last year with the hit film Satyaprem Ki Katha, featuring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. Juilee Sonalkar, who served as the assistant director for the movie, has a long history of collaboration with Sameer. They first connected while working on the critically acclaimed 2017 film Mala Kahich Problem Nahi. She continued to assist Sameer on the National Award-winning film Anandi Gopal in 2019 and the 2020 film Dhurala. The pair also teamed up for the web series Samantar starring Swapnil Joshi and Tejaswini Pandit.
The couple, who had been dating for a while, got engaged in February this year.
