Star India batter Virat Kohli waved at the crowd gathered to welcome team India at the Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi on Thursday, July 4. Notably, the Men in Blue landed in India in the wee hours on Thursday after taking a long 16-hour flight from Barbados. Ever since the news of the team's arrival was out in the public, fans thronged to the airport to welcome team India for their successful T20 World Cup 2024 triumph.
Kohli was one of the first players to leave the airport and come out to board the team bus as the fans expressed their excitement upon seeing the star batter. The 35-year-old also waved back at fans with a smile and a thumbs up.
