Indian Cricket Team Homecoming Live Updates: The celebrations are underway as our World Champions, the Indian cricket team have finally landed in Delhi. They are set to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and then will make their way to Mumbai where there will be an open bus parade through Marine Drive to the Wankhede Stadium.
Following the celebrations, the Board of Control for Cricket in India has organised a function at the stadium where they will hand over the prize money of 125 crores to the Indian Cricket team to bring pride to the nation as they are now the World T20 Champions after being South Africa by 7 runs in Barbados.
While India’s win has certainly caused a frenzied storm within the country, it was not an easy way back home for the Men in Blue as they were stranded briefly as international flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Beryl.
Now the team along with the support staff and many members of the media have made their way back into the country and the celebrations will be underway.

- 09.00hrs; Leave ITC Maurya for PM office.
- 10.00hrs to 12.00hrs – Function at PM office.
- 12.00hrs; Leave for ITC Maurya.
- 12.30hrs; Leave ITC Maurya for Airport
- 14.00hrs; Departure for Mumbai.
- 16.00hrs; Arrival at Mumbai Airport.
- 17.00hrs; Arrival at Wankhede Stadium.
- 17.00 to 19.00hrs; Open Bus Parade.
