HYBE VOWS TO PRIORITIZE NEWJEANS' WELL-BEING AMIDST ADOR MANAGEMENT DISPUTE

Following an audit conducted in response to allegations of ADOR's attempted takeover of management rights, HYBE released its findings on April 25. The audit revealed damning evidence suggesting ADOR's concerted efforts to sever ties with HYBE, including secret meetings with potential investors and the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive documents. In response to these revelations, HYBE announced its intention to pursue legal action against ADOR, signaling a brewing legal battle between the two entities.

Amidst the turmoil, HYBE took a proactive stance toward safeguarding the well-being of NewJeans, the sole artist under ADOR's wing. Expressing concern for the members' mental health amidst the upheaval, HYBE reassured fans and stakeholders alike, pledging unwavering support for the group's upcoming activities. HYBE shared, “We will do our best to take care of NewJeans members’ mental health and support their upcoming comeback”, as quoted by Kbizoom.

Furthermore, the agency outlined plans to engage with NewJeans' legal representative promptly, seeking collaborative solutions to ensure the protection and welfare of the group's members during this tough period. "We are also planning to meet with the members’ legal representative as soon as possible in order to discuss measures to protect them", the agency disclosed.
