CONSERVATIVES WIN 1ST SEAT AS LABOUR'S TALLY RISES TO 15, HERE'S THE FULL LIST

In what could only be a consolation prize, the Conservative Party has won the first seat as the 2024 election results are trickling in.

The Sir Keir Starmer-led Labour Party is headed to a landslide victory as exit polls show it winning more than 400 of the 650 seats. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's Conservative Party is staring at a rout as it is set to be reduced to around 130 seats.

Of the 17 seats declared so far, the Labour has won 16 and Conservative has one, according to The Guardian.

Conservative Party's 1st win

The Conservative Party's Mark Francois has won the Rayleigh and Wickford seat, which he has held since 2010.

This is the first Conservative victory so far tonight.

Labour's tally rises to 15

The Labour Party's tally has risen to 16. It included seats it has retained from the previous elections and also those it has wrested from the Conservatives.
