WHEN ARE CLASSES STARTING IN THE IITS

JoSAA Counselling 2024: With three more rounds of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) left, the authority has now announced the dates on which the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) will start the classes for the 2024 academic session. Along with the class start date, the josaa.nic.in website has also released the dates on which the students should report to the institutes, register for the first semester programmes and the dates on which orientation will be held.

While IIT Delhi will be starting the classes for the 2024 academic session on July 22, IIT Bombay and IIT Madras are set to start their classes for the 2024 session on July 29 and August 1, respectively.

The JoSAA seat allotment round 1 and round 2 lists are already out on June 20 and June 27 respectively. The third, fourth and fifth seat allotment lists will be issued on July 4, July 10 and July 17 respectively.
