According to a report by Forbes India, Rajinikanth is the second highest-paid actor in India. The report suggests that the superstar charges approximately Rs 150 crore to Rs 210 crore for a movie. Shah Rukh Khan is on the top of the list, as the King Khan charges Rs 150 crore to 250 crore per movie.

Interestingly, Rajinikanth is also the highest-paid South Indian actor. The superstar’s net worth is estimated to be Rs 430 crore. Rajinikanth has reportedly charged Rs 110 crore for his last outing ‘Jailer’, in which he played the lead role. Though his primary source of earnings is from his acting, he is also a producer.

Rajinikanth also owns several luxurious properties. He owns a luxe house in Chennai’s Poes Garden, which was built in 2002. According to a report by Lifestyle Asia, the market price of the property in 2023 was Rs 35 crore. The superstar also owns a marriage hall, and its estimated value is Rs 20 crore.
