GITA, HOME-COOKED MEALS, DAILY MEETINGS WITH WIFE: KEJRIWAL’S DEMANDS FOR 3-DAY CBI CUSTODY

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was remanded to a three-day CBI custody on Wednesday in connection with the liquor policy case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court, while granting Kejriwal’s custody to the probe agency, also accepted his request for some concessions during the custody period.

During the 3-day remand period, the court has allowed Delhi CM Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal to meet him for 30 minutes and his lawyer to meet him every day for 30 minutes. The court has also allowed him to carry his prescribed medicines during the remand period.

Home-cooked food is also allowed during the remand period, the court said, ANI reported.
