The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon announce the result date for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG), according to the University Grants Commission (UGC). The NTA had previously scheduled the announcement for June 30, but the results were not released on that date. CUET-UG is the primary admission test for 46 Central universities in India. This year's exam, conducted both online and in pen-and-paper formats, took place from May 15 to May 31. The NTA conducts CUET-UG on behalf of the UGC.
Media reports indicate that the results are expected to be released by July 10th. After the answer key is published, the NTA will require another week to ten days to address any challenges and finalize the results. Although there is a delay, the processing time remains the same to ensure thorough verification.
UGC chief Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar stated, "NTA is working on it and will announce the results date soon." This statement comes as students and universities await the results for admissions into undergraduate programs.
As the NTA works to resolve these issues, students and universities remain on standby for the CUET-UG results. The upcoming announcement is anticipated to bring clarity and aid in the smooth progression of the admission process.READ ALSO: Explained: How the National Testing Agency (NTA) functions?
