Accordingly, the 480 per cent dividend translates into a dividend amount or payout of Rs 240. It means that Oracle Financial Services Software will distribute Rs 240 as dividend to its investors on each stock.
"Approved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2023-24 of Rs 240 per equity share of face value of Rs 5 each," the company said in an exchange filing dated April 24.
Oracle Financial Services Dividend 2024 Record Date
Oracle Financial Services Software has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders' participation in the next dividend payment or upcoming corporate action. Oracle Financial Services Software dividend record date is May 7.
"...fixed Tuesday, May 7, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend," the company said in the filing.
Oracle Financial Services Software will trade ex-date for Rs 240 dividend on May 7, as per BSE website.
Notably, both the ex-date and record date are now on the same day as per T+1 settlement cycle.
Oracle Financial Services Dividend Payment Date
Oracle Financial Services Software has also fixed the dividend payment date to eligible shareholders. Oracle Financial Services Software said that Rs 240 dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before May 23.
"Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, May 23, 2024 to the shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the company as at the close of business on Tuesday, May 7, 2024," as per a filing.

According to BSE website, Oracle Financial Services Software had in May 2023 paid a whopping dividend of Rs 225 on each stock its investors. In 2022, the company had rewarded its investors by paying a dividend of Rs 190 on each stock.
Back in 2021 and 2020, Oracle Financial Services Software had distributed a dividend of Rs 200 and Rs 180, respectively, on each stock.
