Poco today announced an exciting collaboration with Marvel Studios to launch the Deadpool limited edition Poco F6 in India. This exclusive partnership comes ahead of the theatrical release of the third film in the Deadpool franchise, titled Deadpool & Wolverine.

This special edition smartphone features a striking custom design that pays homage to Deadpool and Wolverine. The device exterior boasts Deadpool’s iconic red and black colour scheme, complete with his logo. Additionally, the limited edition model includes a custom-matched charger and SIM ejector tool in the box. However, the collaboration does not extend into the phone’s software. A Poco spokesperson confirmed to FE Tech Bytes that internal tweaks would have incurred additional R&D and cost, which is why Poco decided against theming and other customisations.

Poco F6 specifications

The Poco F6 boasts impressive hardware specifications for its price. It features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel can reach up to 2,400 nits in brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Dolby Vision playback support is also available. Biometrics are handled by an in-screen fingerprint reader.

On the camera front, there’s a dual-camera setup on the rear, headlined by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor behind an f/1.59 optically stabilised lens. This is paired with an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor. The front camera is a 20-megapixel shooter.

Poco F6 Deadpool limited edition memory, price, and availability

The Deadpool limited edition Poco F6 will be available on Flipkart at an effective price of Rs 29,999 starting August 7. This price includes Rs 4,000 in bank offers. The device will be offered in a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Poco has confirmed to FE Tech Bytes that only 3,000 units of this model will be sold at launch. However, the company is open to bringing more units based on user feedback.
