Tata Group-owned Tata Communications is also all set to declare its earnings for Q1 FY25 this month. The company announced this in an exchange filing today, July 4.

In the exchange filing on July 4, Tata Communications Ltd has informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on July 18, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve Board Meeting intimation for Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
“…a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Communications Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024 to inter alia consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports of Statutory Auditors thereon for the quarter ended June 30, 2024,” the Tata-group owned company said in the filing.

“Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the trading window of the Company has been closed from June 23, 2024, and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to Stock Exchanges,” it added.
Companies usually disclose their quarterly earnings post market hours i.e. after 3.15 pm.
Tata Communications Q4 Results 2024
In Q4 FY24, Tata Communications’ revenue from operations jumped 25% (YoY) to Rs 5,692 crore and EBITDA rose by 2% to Rs 1,056 crore in contrast to the EBIT margin, which declined from 23% to 19%.
The Board of Directors had also recommended a final dividend of Rs 16.70 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.

Shares of Tata Communications today closed 1.06% lower at Rs 1876.05 against the previous close of Rs 1896.10. The stock hit an intra-day high of Rs 1899.10 and low of Rs 1874.10, respectively, as per BSE.
