IREDA Q1 RESULTS FY 2025 DATE, TIME ANNOUNCED! QUARTERLY EARNINGS SCHEDULE DETAILS OF NAVRATNA PSU
The quarterly earnings season has begun and many listed companies have started posting their results for April-June quarter for the financial year 2024-25. PSU Company Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IRDEA) Limited has announced the date and time of the announcement of the first quarter earnings report.
IREDA is a 'Navratna' Government of India enterprise under the administrative control of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). IREDA is a Public Limited Government Company established as a Non-Banking Financial Institution in 1987 engaged in promoting, developing and extending financial assistance for setting up projects relating to new and renewable sources of energy and energy efficiency/conservation. In November 2023, IREDA went public with an initial public offering (IPO), listing on NSE and BSE.

In an exchange filing on July 3, IREDA informed the bourses that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Friday, July 12, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
“…this is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, inter-alia to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024,” the PSU said in a stock exchange filing on July 3.
The miniratna PSU company declared its fourth quarterly earnings of FY2023-24 during the second half of the market hours. So, it is highly likely that the NBFC company will release its Q1 earnings scorecard during the market hours on the day.
“Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendment thereto and Company’s Policy under the said regulations, "Trading window" for dealing in the Company’s securities has already been closed from July 01, 2024, till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The same has been informed to the Stock Exchange vide letter dated June 26, 2024,” it added.

Shares of IREDA on Thursday traded in red to close at Rs 220.50 apiece on BSE, down 1.14 per cent against its previous closing price of Rs 223.05.

IREDA shares, according to BSE Analytics, have climbed 14.07 per cent in the past week. In the last one month and three months, the PSU stock has delivered returns of 31.76 per cent and 39.25 per cent. On an year-to-date (YTD) basis, the miniratna company has delivered a return of 110.70 per cent. IREDA has a 52-week range of Rs 228.55 and Rs 49.99.
