HINDALCO Q1 2025 QUARTERLY RESULTS DATE AND TIME: EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENT SCHEDULE

As the earnings season is about to begin, Hindalco Industries Ltd, one of the country's biggest aluminium manufacturing companies , has announced the schedule for earnings announcement for the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25. The Aditya Birla Group company announced this in an exchange filing on June 28, 2024.

Hindalco Industries Q1 Results 2025 Date and Time

In the exchange filing on June 28, 2024, Hindalco has informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on August 13, 2024 to consider and approve unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024. Companies usually post their earnings report post market hours i.e. after 3.15 pm.

“... A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. (“said results”),” said the Domino's operator in the exchange filing.

" In view of declaration of said results, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed: from: Monday, July 1, 2024, until: Thursday, August 15, 2024 (i.e. 48 hrs post declaration of said results) (both days inclusive), " added the company.

Hindalco Q4 results FY24

Hindalco Industries reported a 31.6% increase in total net profit in Q4 FY24, that stood at Rs 3,174 crore. Furthermore, in the previous fiscal year, the company's net profit was Rs 2,411 crore. The company's quarterly income from the copper division was Rs 13,424 crore, up 20% year on year due to increased volumes.
