Adani Group's flagship entity, Adani Enterprises Ltd, on Wednesday, April 25, 2024, announced the schedule for the announcement of its earnings report for the January-March quarter. Adani Enterprises Q4 Results 2024 Date and Time

Adani Enterprises Ltd on Wednesday informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on May 2, 2024 to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024

“…hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 24th April, 2024 and Thursday, 25th April, 2024, to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2024…,” billionaire Gautan Adani-led company said in an exchange filing today.

Adani Enterprises also said the board meeting might also consider dividends for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. “Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2024,” Adani Enterprises added in the filing.

Adani Enterprises has declared dividends on several occasions. It announced Rs 1.20 dividend in 2023 and also declared Rs 1 dividend thrice in 2022, 2021 and 2020.

Adani Enterprises Q3 Results 2024

Adani Enterprises in Q3 FY24 reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,888 crore. The profit jumped as much as 130 per cent from Rs 820 crore posted in Q3 FY23.

Revenue from operations increased 6 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 28,336 crore in quarter ended in December, compared with Rs 26,612 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd ended at Rs 3116.40 on Wednesday, 2.42 per cent higher against the previous close of Rs 3042.85, as per BSE. The stock opened at Rs 3045.35 while it hit an intra-day high of Rs 3121.35 and low of Rs 3026.80.
