Bank stock under Rs 150: Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd, a leading private sector bank, will have a Board of Directors meeting on May 4, 2024, to review financial performance and recommend dividends, if any, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. At 2:30 p.m., the private lender's shares was trading green at Rs 136.50, up 0.33 percent. The shares rose to the day's high of Rs 137 each.
The bank informed bourses via filing that it will report its quarterly results for the fiscal year 2024, which ends on March 31, 2024. The board will also declare the dividend for its shareholders.
