KIM YOUNG DAE TAKES ON NEW ROLE AS SHIN MIN AH'S FAKE SPOUSE IN 'NO GAIN NO LOVE'
tvN’s upcoming romantic comedy, “No Gain No Love,” has released its first stills featuring Kim Young Dae in his leading role. The drama, set to premiere on August 26 at 8:50 p.m. KST, tells the story of Son Hae Young (Shin Min Ah), who fakes a marriage to secure a promotion. Kim Young Dae stars as Kim Ji Wook, the man who becomes her fake husband.
Kim Ji Wook is a model citizen who works night shifts at a convenience store. He’s kindhearted and always ready to help those in need. Despite finding Son Hae Young’s proposal insane, he agrees to become her fake bridegroom.
The newly released stills show Kim Ji Wook transforming from an adorkable convenience store worker in glasses to a convincing fake spouse. The production team teased, “Kim Young Dae depicted the charming story of Kim Ji Wook, who gradually transforms [over the course of the drama], in a captivating way. About Kim Young Dae
Kim Young Dae is a rising South Korean actor known for his versatility and charm. He first gained recognition in the MBC high school drama “Extraordinary You” (2019). His role in the SBS series “The Penthouse: War In Life” (2020–2021) brought him widespread fame. Kim's first leading role was in the tvN series “Shooting Stars” (2022), and he also appeared in the historical drama “The Forbidden Marriage” (2022–2023).
