Chiyaan Vikram starrer 'Thangalaan' is one of the upcoming films to watch out for, and the dedicated actor has invested a lot of effort in the film. Chiyaan Vikram has joined forces with director Pa Ranjith for 'Thangalaan', and the film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 15. Now, 'Thangalaan' has cleared censored, and the makers have officially announced the film's censor completion through a fiery poster.

Set in the backdrop of Kolar Gold Fields, 'Thangalaan' will address the evolution of the gold field, and the film is set between 1870 to 1940. The 'Thangalaan' makers have been planning to have a unique audio launch for the film as the grand event aspired to happen at the Kolar Gold Fields. The official announcement on the 'Thangalaan' audio launch is expected to be made soon, and we can expect one more single from the film to be unveiled before it. Chiyaan Vikram and his team will be traveling across locations to boost the buzz for the periodic drama further, and the film is likely to peak well at the box office.

Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Pasupathy, and Daniel Caltrogine play main roles alongside Chiyaan Vikram in 'Thangalaan', and the film has music scored by GV Prakash Kumar.
