TIMOTHEE CHALAMET'S 'DUNE 3' TO RELEASE IN 2026: REPORT
While nothing has been confirmed as yet, it is highly likely that the highly anticipated Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya-starrer Dune 3 will be released in the winter of 2026. Various US media outlets reported that Warner Bros recently updated its international release calendar with a title that read, 'Untitled WB/Legendary/Denis Villeneuve Event Film in IMAX.'
The said film -- speculated to be Dune 3 -- is said to release on December 18, 2026.
It is still not clear if Villeneuve wants to adapt author Frank Herbert's Dune: Messiah, or do his own take on the story.
Dune: Part Two had made an impressive $711.8 million at the global ticket counter, making it one of the highest grossing movies of this year.
Apart from Chalamet and Zendaya, the Dune series also stars the likes ofRebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Stellan Skarsgard, Charlotte Rampling, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, and Lea Seydoux in pivotal roles.
The original film featured Oscar Issac and Jason Momoa in significant parts.
