The Indian Railways has announced an important update for passengers of the Vande Bharat Express trains. Known for their speed, comfort, and state of the art design, these indigenously developed trains have transformed the travel experience across the country. At present there are 136 Vande Bharat trains services operational worldwide catering to the demand and in lessening the travel time for passengers.
As per IndiaTV news, the Indian Railways has revised the schedules of three specific Vande Bharat Express trains. These include:
Train number 22477: New Delhi to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra.
Train number 22439: New Delhi to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra.
Train number 22439: New Delhi to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra.
The latest revision in the timings has been made to boost efficiency and to ensure a seamless journey for travellers.
Train number 22477: New Delhi to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra
The train will now arrive at Katra at 23:20 hrs earlier its was 23:15 hrs. It will continue to leave from Delhi at 15:00 hrs. The total travel time will be 08:15 hrs. The new timing will come into effect from January 20, 2025.
Train number 22439: New Delhi to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra
As per revised timing, the train will reach Katra at 14:15 hrs previously it used to arrive at 14:05 hrs. The departure time remains unchanged at 08:05 hrs and it is expected to be effective from January 20, 2025. The total travel for this train is 08.05 hrs.
Train number 22478: Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to New Delhi
The arrival timing of this train at New Delhi has not been changed and is at 14:00 hrs and the new departure time from Katra is 05.45 hours earlier it used to leave at 05:50 hrs. The train will be able to complete its journey in 08.190 hrs and the changes will be effective from January 21, 2025.
Travellers are advised to check the updated timings before they plan for their new trip.
